YIN Yoga is a slow, meditative practice focused on long-held, seated or reclined postures that gently stretch and stimulate the body’s connective tissues. By holding poses for 3–6 minutes, you'll encourage muscle relaxation, improved flexibility, and enhanced joint mobility—offering benefits similar to acupuncture or acupressure. You'll receive 1-on-1 support and guidance to help you through each pose.
The session is thoughtfully designed to align with the current season—Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter—guiding you inward with poses that gently calm the nervous system and invite the body into deep stillness. Each session weaves together seasonal essential oils and soft, mindful breathwork to enrich the meditative experience, helping you sink more fully into a restorative state. The subtle yet powerful aromas of the high-quality essential oils will fill the space and may also be applied directly to the body. Common application areas include the feet, spine, neck, face, arms, and hands—offering both physical and energetic support. Together, these practices invite you to stretch, soften, and release. This is a unique opportunity to experience two deeply supportive modalities—restorative yoga and aromatherapy—blended into one nourishing session.
