Community Gratitude Sound Bath with Soul Space Ottawa

This sound bath centers on the energy of gratitude — a sacred invitation to pause amidst the busyness of life, take a deep breath, and honour all that nourishes you. As sound waves ripple through the space, you’ll be invited to soften, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom of your heart. Unspoken – A Cacao Circle for Discussions About Life, Loss, Death, & Dying

Unspoken is a gentle, intimate gathering that brings people together over ceremonial cacao to open space for the conversations we often carry quietly—about life, loss, death, and dying.
Together, we will share cacao and sit in a warm, non-judgmental circle to explore our thoughts, questions, stories, and feelings around life lived, endings, grief, love, and what it means to truly be alive. This is not a workshop, teaching, or therapy group. There is no agenda and no expectation to share—only an invitation to listen, reflect, and speak from your own experience if you feel called.
Whether you arrive with something heavy on your heart, quiet curiosity, or simply a longing for deeper connection, you are welcome here exactly as you are.
This circle is for anyone who feels drawn to gently bring voice to what so often remains, Unspoken.
Wolf Full Moon & Birthday Sound Journey

Join me for a special birthday sound journey beneath the energy of the Wolf Full Moon! 🌕🐺✨ We'll gather for an evening of cozy celebration, connection, and a nourishing sound journey to honour this month's moon.
Slip into your comfiest pajamas, grab your favourite blanket, and settle in for the evening. Under the soft glow of candlelight, you’ll be guided through a soundscape of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and a multitude of different tones offered to help you reconnect with yourself and bring your energy into a greater state of awareness and alignment.
The Wolf Moon received its name because of the wolves that howl during the cold winter nights. Wolves howl to communicate with their pack and to protect their territory. The Wolf Moon offers us a great opportunity for deep self-reflection as we are being invited to take time to explore the connection to our own “pack” and how our community protects and supports.
Whether you’re coming to reconnect with yourself, celebrate with me in community, or try something new, this is sure to be a beautiful and memorable night!
Expanded Healing Sessions
This is a special session where Jennifer Lawrence from Grounded Hypnosis and I combine our healing forces to provide a deep and expansive experience. This option is ideal for someone who has had a private energy or sound healing experience before and is familiar with the process.
This offering weaves together various healing modalities to create an expanded healing experience. Modalities that may be called upon during your session are:
