Blue Full Moon Sound Bath, Cacao Ceremony, & Social

IThe Blue Full Moon is a rare and luminous occurrence. It happens when two full moons rise within a single calendar month. ​​​​​To honour this special moment, I am offering a special Blue Full Moon Sound Bath, Cacao Ceremony, and Social gathering designed to support deep connection, energetic clearing, and renewal of the spirit. As you settle into the space under soft lighting, you will be guided through a layered soundscape of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing tones.

But this is more than just a sound bath—it is a shared sacred ritual. We will open with a cacao ceremony to ground, connect, and open the container with love. From there, the vibrations and sound will be offered with the intention to guide and support you and encouraging gentle emotional release, bringing your body and mind into a state of ease.

Whether you are drawn to the heightened energy of the Blue Moon, seeking gentle support, or feeling called to connect in community, this gathering is your invitation to slow down and listen inward. Come as you are and allow the moon's energy to hold you fully 💙
Unspoken – A Cacao Circle for Discussions About Life, Loss, Death, & Dying

Unspoken is a gentle, intimate gathering that brings people together over ceremonial cacao to open space for the conversations we often carry quietly—about life, loss, death, and dying.
Together, we will share cacao and sit in a warm, non-judgmental circle to explore our thoughts, questions, stories, and feelings around life lived, endings, grief, love, and what it means to truly be alive. This is not a workshop, teaching, or therapy group. There is no agenda and no expectation to share—only an invitation to listen, reflect, and speak from your own experience if you feel called.
Whether you arrive with something heavy on your heart, quiet curiosity, or simply a longing for deeper connection, you are welcome here exactly as you are.
This circle is for anyone who feels drawn to gently bring voice to what so often remains, Unspoken.
Expanded Healing Sessions
This is a special session where Jennifer Lawrence from Grounded Hypnosis and I combine our healing forces to provide a deep and expansive experience. This option is ideal for someone who has had a private energy or sound healing experience before and is familiar with the process.
This offering weaves together various healing modalities to create an expanded healing experience. Modalities that may be called upon during your session are:
