Each of us offers something unique and by collaborating we elevate each other as well as the people we serve. Through OCEH's community collaborations, we aim to bring people together through unique healing experiences while supporting the Ottawa community at large.
Spring Community Sound Bath
Location: Trend Arlington Community Centre, 50 Bellman Drive (Nepean)
Date: Friday April 17th, 2026
Time: 7:30-8:30pm
This 1hr class is being offered by donation to the Trend Arlington Community Association (TACA). Suggested donation is $10 but any amount you give is greatly appreciated. Cash or etransfer will be collected at the event.

IThe Blue Full Moon is a rare and luminous occurrence. It happens when two full moons rise within a single calendar month. To honour this special moment, I am offering a special Blue Full Moon Sound Bath, Cacao Ceremony, and Social gathering designed to support deep connection, energetic clearing, and renewal of the spirit. As you settle into the space under soft lighting, you will be guided through a layered soundscape of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing tones.
But this is more than just a sound bath—it is a shared sacred ritual. We will open with a cacao ceremony to ground, connect, and open the container with love. From there, the vibrations and sound will be offered with the intention to guide and support you and encouraging gentle emotional release, bringing your body and mind into a state of ease.

Unspoken – A Cacao Circle for Discussions About Life, Loss, Death, & Dying

Unspoken is a gentle, intimate gathering that brings people together over ceremonial cacao to open space for the conversations we often carry quietly—about life, loss, death, and dying.
Together, we will share cacao and sit in a warm, non-judgmental circle to explore our thoughts, questions, stories, and feelings around life lived, endings, grief, love, and what it means to truly be alive. This is not a workshop, teaching, or therapy group. There is no agenda and no expectation to share—only an invitation to listen, reflect, and speak from your own experience if you feel called.
Whether you arrive with something heavy on your heart, quiet curiosity, or simply a longing for deeper connection, you are welcome here exactly as you are.
This circle is for anyone who feels drawn to gently bring voice to what so often remains, Unspoken.

Imagine a day filled with beautiful energy, intention, laughter, and discovery — traveling in community to 4 locally-owned metaphysical shops, each offering their own blend of healing tools, sacred objects, and spiritual wisdom. Doesn’t that sound FUN?!
The 2nd Annual Metaphysical Shop Hop is a unique event— designed for seekers, healers, intuitive explorers, and anyone craving community and conscious connection.
We’ll gather as a group and travel together from shop to shop, exploring new spaces that offer crystals, tarot and oracle decks, ritual supplies, candles, books, herbs, and so much more. You’ll have time at each stop to browse, ask questions, soak in the energy, get a card reading or other serivce if desired, and maybe even discover something unexpected that speaks to your soul.

What is a Reiki Share?
A Reiki Share is a meeting of practitioners at which everyone has a chance to both receive and give healing treatments. A Reiki Share provides a great opportunity for Reiki students and practitioners of all levels to practice and share in community.
I invite you to join this intentional and sacred gathering where Reiki and Energy Healing Practitioners will give and receive healing energy in a supportive and uplifting environment.
Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or new to offering Reiki and Energy Healing, this event offers a unique opportunity to:

Expanded Healing Sessions
This is a special session where Jennifer Lawrence from Grounded Hypnosis and I combine our healing forces to provide a deep and expansive experience. This option is ideal for someone who has had a private energy or sound healing experience before and is familiar with the process.
This offering weaves together various healing modalities to create an expanded healing experience. Modalities that may be called upon during your session are:
