Pajama Party Birthday Sound Bath

Slip into your comfiest pajamas, grab your favourite blanket, and settle in for an evening of deep rest and rejuvenation. Under the soft glow of candlelight, you’ll be guided through a soundscape of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and a multitude of different tones designed to melt away stress, calm the nervous system, and bring your energy into a blissful state of alignment.
Whether you’re coming to unwind, to celebrate with me in community, or to try something new, this is a night to recentre yourself, connect, and recharge—pajama-party style!
P.S. You don’t have to know me personally to attend—this event is as much about community as it is about my birthday. Winter Community Sound Bath
Location: Trend Arlington Community Centre - 50 Bellman Drive in Nepean

Join in community with your neighbours, friends, and family for an evening of blissful sound and vibration! The world slows down for winter and so should we. Allow yourself to retreat inward, releasing tension and renewing your spirit. You’ll be guided through a practice of deep renewal, aligned with the calm and restorative energy of winter—a time for reflection, rest, and inner peace. Tap into our senses while letting the soothing sounds wash over you like a gentle winter breeze, leaving you refreshed and rebalanced.
What to bring?
Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and anything else you need to be comfortable when lying down. If you are less mobile, you are welcome to bring a folding chair or stool to sit on.
This 1hr class is being offered by donation to the Trend Arlington Community Association (TACA). Suggested donation is $10 but any amount you give is greatly appreciated. Please register online in advance - cash or etransfer will be collected at the event. Please arrive five minutes early to get settled in.

Expanded Healing Sessions
This is a special session where Jennifer Lawrence from Grounded Hypnosis and I combine our healing forces to provide a deep and expansive experience. This option is ideal for someone who has had a private energy or sound healing experience before and is familiar with the process.
This offering weaves together various healing modalities to create an expanded healing experience. Modalities that may be called upon during your session are:
