OCEH is a community healing space where ALL are welcome.
Everyone’s income is different and I recognize the need for energy healing services to be affordable & accessible. I aim to open the door wider so that more people can not only begin but also continue their healing journey.
How this all came to be…
After being inspired by another wellness clinic that adopted this same type of structure for payment, I thought to myself “What a beautiful way to run a community-centred business!”. And so the seeds for OCEH were planted!
It took me just over 1 year from the time the idea came to me to slowly working on things behind the scenes to make the OCEH come to life. I’ve had the honour of learning from some absolutely AMAZING teachers & other practitioners in the community and it has been such a joy and privilege to begin serving the Ottawa community through energy healing.

It’s a pleasure to welcome you here to OCEH! My name is Clare Cluff.
I have been on a wellness & spiritual path for many years. After experiencing different struggles growing up and in early adulthood including trauma, anxiety, grief, and chronic illness; I turned to unhealthy coping habits to get me through.
After receiving a diagnosis for physical symptoms of dis-ease (see definition below) I had been hiding from everyone around me for over 10 years, I began diving deeper into more spiritual practices like yoga, meditation, reiki, sound healing, and using food as medicine in order to find relief and support for my suffering. The peace I have found by incorporating spirituality and heart-centred healing practices into my life and more recently, my business, has been absolutely transformative.
I am deeply passionate about sharing my story, empowering others, and igniting their healing flame. I believe in healing not only for our physical bodies but also for our mind, soul, & spirit.
It has taken me many years to acknowledge and accept my sensitive & intuitive nature.
I have learned to cultivate a deep appreciation for my natural skills & gifts and now I look forward to sharing them with others!

When I am not with my clients, you can find me staying active by taking lots of long walks in nature, practicing yoga, long early morning meditation sessions, and cooking delicious
anti-inflammatory food. I do my best to spend as much time as possible with my husband, family, and friends. Having a strong community is a strong pillar in my life. I am also a huge animal lover and have a super cute maine-coon/tabby kitty named Oskar who you will likely meet when you come for a treatment at the clinic.
