At Ottawa Community Energy Healing (OCEH), everyone is welcome.
I believe that healing should never be out of reach. Everyone’s financial situation is different, so I have adopted a model that keeps energy healing services affordable and accessible. My vision is to open the door wider—so more people can begin, and continue, their healing journey.

How OCEH Came To Life
The inspiration for OCEH came when I discovered another wellness clinic offering this same kind of community-centered approach to payment. I remember thinking, “What a beautiful way to make healing truly inclusive.” That moment planted the seed for what would eventually become Ottawa Community Energy Healing.

Over the course of a year, I nurtured that vision—working quietly behind the scenes, learning, and gathering the tools I would need to bring it to life and in April 2024, OCEH officially opened its doors. Since then, I’ve had the honour of learning from incredible teachers and fellow practitioners, and the privilege of serving the Ottawa community with care, compassion, and gratitude.

It’s such a pleasure to welcome you to Ottawa Community Energy Healing!

My path to this work has been shaped by my own lived experiences. Growing up and into early adulthood, I faced many challenges—trauma, anxiety, grief, and chronic illness among them. For a long time, I relied on unhealthy coping mechanisms just to get through each day.
​
Eventually, after receiving a diagnosis for physical symptoms of dis-ease I had quietly carried for over a decade, I began to search for another way. That search led me deeper into spiritual practices like yoga, meditation, reiki, sound healing, and nourishing my body with food as medicine. These practices became anchors, offering relief, support, and a way back to myself.

The peace and transformation I’ve found through spirituality and heart-centered healing inspired me to bring this work forward into my business. I’m passionate about sharing my story, empowering others, and helping ignite the healing flame within each of us. For me, true healing is holistic—embracing body, mind, and spirit.
It has taken years to fully embrace my sensitive, intuitive nature, but doing so has allowed me to connect more deeply with my natural gifts. Today, it’s my joy to share them with others in service, compassion, and community.

Beyond OCEH
When I’m not with clients, you’ll often find me walking in nature, practicing yoga, diving into early morning breathwork, or cooking delicious anti-inflammatory meals. Time with my husband, family, and friends is deeply important to me, as community is one of my greatest pillars of support.
​
Animals also hold a special place in my heart. My Maine Coon–tabby mix, Oskar, is always nearby—you’ll likely meet him when you come for a treatment.
​
OCEH also flows naturally from my work as a Home Organizer. Through mindful organizing, decluttering, elemental space clearing, and clutter coaching, I help bring a sense of calm and clarity back into people's homes.
