Summer Solstice Sound Bath & Strawberry Social

Celebrate the magic of the Summer Solstice with a beautiful morning of tranquility and connection! This will be a unique experience blending the soothing power of sound healing and the sweet joy of one of summer’s freshest fruits.
The session will begin with a small group Sound Bath, where you will be bathed in the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other sacred instruments all curated to promote deep relaxation, balance your energy, connection back to yourself, and enhance your overall well-being. Gently allow the soothing vibrations to wash over you, grounding your body and mind as you welcome the joyous summer season.
Afterward, we’ll come together for a Strawberry Social—a celebration of summer’s sweetness. Enjoy fresh, juicy strawberries and other seasonal treats, connecting with other likeminded souls in a relaxed, lighthearted atmosphere.
Whether you’re looking to restore your energy, deepen your connection with nature, or simply celebrate summer in a soulful way, this event promises to be a perfect way to mark the solstice!

Join in community with your neighbours, friends, and family for an evening of blissful sound and relaxation! As summer shines its golden rays of light, it’s the perfect time to soak in the warmth and recharge your energy. Embrace the vibrant spirit of the season by reconnecting with your inner vitality. You’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing practice, infused with the radiant and uplifting energy of summer—a time for expansion, joy, and growth. Let the soothing sounds wash over you like a warm summer breeze, leaving you feeling refreshed, restored, and fully alive.
What to bring?
Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and anything else you need to be comfortable when lying down. If you are less mobile, you are welcome to bring a folding chair or stool to sit on.
This 1hr class is being offered by donation to the Trend Arlington Community Association (TACA). Suggested donation is $10 but any amount you give is greatly appreciated. Please register online in advance - cash or etransfer will be collected at the event. Please arrive five minutes early to get settled in.

What is a Reiki Share?
A Reiki Share is a gathering of practitioners at which everyone has a chance to both receive and give healing treatments. A Reiki Share provides a great opportunity for Reiki students and practitioners of all levels to practice and share in community.
I invite you to join this intentional and sacred gathering where Reiki and Energy Healing Practitioners will give and receive healing energy in a supportive and uplifting environment.
Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or new to Reiki and Energy Healing, this event offers a unique opportunity to:

Expanded Healing Sessions
This is a special session where Jennifer Lawrence from Grounded Hypnosis and I combine our healing forces to provide a deep and expansive experience. This option is ideal for someone who has had a private energy or sound healing experience before and is familiar with the process.
This offering weaves together various healing modalities to create an expanded healing experience. Modalities that may be called upon during your session are:

Your senses, energy and awareness will all be involved in this session. The fullness of having two Practitioners during this experience allows for layered and deepened focus on your healing.
